Blockout TSR This listing is for a gallon of Blockout TSR. This is used for solvent, plastisol, and UV inks. You can eleminate the need for "taping off" your screen before printing. Use with an artist brush or a squeegee to block the screen so the ink doesn't pass through. Great for those pin holes in tight places. TSR is fast drying to get you to the press faster.
