This Keep Power Electronic Co. TEC1-12730 Peltier Cooler is a reliable solution for thermal management for various electronics applications. Measuring 62mm x 62mm x 3.5mm, this TEC module has a maximum cooling capacity of 240W continuous with a voltage rating of 12V nominal and max current rating of 20A. These modules can be operated at any voltage below 12V to control desired level of cooling and module efficiency. These modules can also be used for power generation up to 5W at peak power output. The electrical resistance of each module is 0.6 ohms to 1 ohm depending on temperature difference.
