It is guaranteed not to be DOA. The system is powering on without issues and when powered on the internal cooling fan is quickly turning on. The LCD touchscreen display is responding properly to the users touch. Unfortunately, without the proper saline bags, pressure sensor, etc. I can not do any further testing. All connections/ports on the front and back of the device are in perfect condition. The included footswitch is in good and working order, there is an audible click when the foot pedals are depressed. The two peristaltic pumps are opening and closing properly. System is using software version 2.1.1.
