Voltage requirements 20ma, 7 VDC.That means the TTL level coming directly from the Arduino will not light it. However if you have another power source powering the Arduino that is higher then you can use that source and power each segment with a transistor or open collector driver. In other words, you need a transistor for each segment or a 7447 to drive it. The Arduino, by itself, will not work.
