Industrial Computer Source - Model #D4131. This unused unit comes with a floppy disk (1.44MB it would appear, remember those!!!), and is marked as having a Voltage Output +/- 5V, with a 10 terminal connector on the one side, marked as noted in the picture. It has Voltage +/- terminals, RS-232C connections, for Transmit and Receive, as well as three terminals marked as DI0/DN*, and DI1/UP*, and DI2. Not sure of this units exact purpose, but it is unused, just missing an instruction sheet. Free shipping in the United States, from Gurnee, IL 60031.
