Description: Easily get your CNC router perpendicular to your CNC’s bed/waste board/spoilboard! AND, find the centers and edges of holes! The tool’s 1/4” shaft chucks into your CNC, allowing you to sweep the bed with the indicator to find high and low sides. This helps you adjust your CNC to be perfectly upright and perpendicular to the bed, giving you better parts and surface finish. Our low-profile design lets you use the tool with as little as 1.5” (38mm) in Z height clearance. Perfect for even small desktop routers! Comes WITH .01mm accuracy dial test indicator. Specifications: - INDICATOR ACCURACY: 0.01mm/10 microns/~0.0004"/~ 4 ten thousandths of an inch - SWING LENGTH: the 5” tool gives you a 10” diameter sweep circle (254mm) with an accuracy (from the upright router shaft) of .004 degrees, or 4 thousandths of a degree! - Z CLEARANCE NEEDED: 1.5” (38mm) for all tramming and 3” (76mm) for center-finding. - COMPATIBILITY: Fits any router or spindle with collets capable of accepting a 1/4" (6.35mm) shaft. - CONSTRUCTION: Dial Test Indicator (0.01mm), Precision Ground Hardened Steel shaft, High Stiffness 3D Printed Body, Solid Brass Knob and Adjusting Nut - WARRANTY: If you’re not happy, send it back for a full refund!
