Hardinge Lathe HSL 59, DV-59 & DSM-59. I don’t know very much about these lathes. This part is from a DV59 as far as I can tell and from what I understand the other lathes share the same parts. If you have questions ask and I will do my best to help There is pitting on the outside taper but the 5C taper is in good shape
