This is a Farnell power supply. We plugged it in and measured the output voltages. Looks like V4 and V5 weren't populated on the circuit board, so those aren't doing anything. We haven't tested it under load. We're a surplus store, and we aren't experts with most of this stuff. So, we don't make any guarantees beyond what's stated in the listing & pictures.
