Easy attic access! A brand new 24" wide X 30" tall Pre-Hung Hinged Aluminum Gable Vent with Standard Nail Fin - Fully Screened on the back . Maintenance free white or paintable enamel finish (24x30 is the door/vent size. The frame and nail fin are 2" beyond that all the way around). This is a surface mount unit and sits over the top of the opening. Just attach with screws through the nail fin and its ready for your siding or stucco.
